LVAC PANELS

The LVAC panels are used for electrical power distribution and control and are generally installed downstream of transformers or generators that contain the main and distribution circuit breakers. Loads are motors, heating equipment, lighting and air-conditioning units.

  • Panels can be supplied with IP54 protection class.
  • Enclosure manufactured from Electro-Galvanized sheets with 2.0mm thickness and painted with powder coating to required color shade.
  • Bus Bar entries can be top/middle or bottom.
  • Neutral and earth busbars can be rated up to 100% of the main busbar.
  • LVAC panel is available up to 3200A, 65kA/ 3 sec.
  • Form of Segregation 2, 3 and 4 designs.
  • Padlocking facility provided.
  • The switchboard comply with IEC 61439 -1 & 2
  • The incoming circuit provided with voltmeter & ammeter, AC under- voltage relay, phase-sequence relay, earth fault sensing relay and the respective alarm indication.
  • The outgoing feeders from the main distribution circuit individually controlled and protected by means of MCCB rated at the pertaining circuit loads.
  • The protection to be provided by thermal and magnetic release for over load and short circuit trip with time lag and compensation for ambient temperature The adjustment of the over load protection between 80 to 120% of the full load rating.
  • The outgoing circuits breakers are molded case circuit breaker varied size 32A to 800A.
