PACKAGE SUBSTATIONS

Package compact Substation are all factory assembled and tested. They are designed and manufactured in order to satisfy the customer’s specific requirements. The package substation is a combination of the Ring Main unit, Transformer and Low-Voltage panel.

  • Factory-built package substation assemblies meet users' needs with respect to reliability, safety, overall quality, time-savings and suitability for the local surroundings (climatic conditions, operating mode, architectural requirements...)
  • Enclosure manufactured from Electro-Galvanized / Zinc Alu sheets with 2.0mm thickness and painted with powder coating to required color shade.
  • Degree of protection for MV/LV compartment is IP43 & for transformer compartment IP23.
  • Access to the MV & LV compartment provided through a double door arrangement.
  • Designed for natural ventilation and thermal class K10.
  • Roof designed to support load up to 250kg/m2.
  • Spaciously designed to have adequate clearance.
  • Various oil or dry type transformers up to 2000 kVA.
  • MV cable connections can be from Al or Cu. If not specified, then the cross section is selected to fulfill short circuit requirement of the arrangement.
  • The connecting cables can be equipped with pre-molded / cold shrink / heat shrink cable heads.
